The selection list for Maharashtra NEET MDS 2025 is prepared based on the candidates' NEET MDS 2025 ranks and their preferred choices of colleges and courses. The allocation of seats will be done on a merit-cum-preference basis, and results can be obtained at the State CET Cell's website- medical2025.mahacet.org .
Candidates who are allotted seats in Round 1 must report to the designated college and course within the specified timeframe, completing all necessary formalities, including document verification and fee payment. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of their selection for that round.

What after Maharashtra NEET MDS First Selection List 2025?
After the release of the Maharashtra NEET MDS First Selection List 2025, candidates who have been allotted seats must physically report to their designated college between July 9, 2025, and July 13, 2025, by 5:30 PM. During this visit, they will need to submit all original documents for verification, fill out the status retention form, and pay the requisite fees using a demand draft, cheque, or online payment mode. Candidates must report personally to their allotted college, as proxy reporting is not allowed. Upon reporting, candidates will complete the admission formalities, and failure to do so may result in the cancellation of their allotment. The list of selected candidates will be available on the website, and colleges will also receive the list of allotted students.
