The National Institute of Technology (NIT), Calicut has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission to Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) programme in Architecture, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Nanoscience and Technology and Physics for the academic session 2015-16.
Engineering Programmes: The candidates should have acquired a Master of Technology degree in Engineering/Technology from a recognized university or institute or the candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute. The candidates should have a valid GATE score card.
Architecture Programmes: The candidates should possess a Master's degree in Architecture/Design/Planning/Engineering/Technology from a recognized university or institute.

Last date for receipt of application forms: November 16
Date of test and interview: December 8 and December 9
