Odisha CPET Second Selection List 2025: The Higher Education Department, Odisha, will be releasing Odisha CPET Second Selection List 2025 today, June 23, 2025 , through its official website. Registered candidates looking forward to the second selection list shall note the seat acceptance process and the fee payment will be available until June 26, 2025 . It should be noted that the second selection list is being released for the vacant seats after the completion of admissions for the first selection list, so only a limited number of seats will be available. Candidates allotted seats are advised to confirm their seats at the earliest and complete the admission process. Odisha CPET Second Selection List 2025: Steps to accept admission and pay fees

For candidates who have been allotted seats in Odisha CPET Second Selection List 2025, follow these instructions to accept the admission and fee payment:

After the selection list is declared, candidates will have three options, "Freze", "Slide", and "Float". To continue in the counselling process, candidates should ensure to choose any one of the options before the deadline.
Those allotted seats as per their first choice of institute and subject will only be able to choose "Freeze" option to confirm their seats. If they do not choose to freeze their options they will be considered as quitting the counselling process.
Candidates who have not been allotted as per their first preferences, will have all three options to choose and proceed accordingly. The options will be available through the login portal only.
By choosing to Freeze, candidates are ought to pay the admission fee as applicable and then download the intimation letter and report at the designated HEI to complete the admissions. Candidates choosing Slide or Float needs to pay the admission fee but will not be issued a intimation letter and are not required to report at the HEI.
If any candidate, mistakenly chooses any of the options, they will have until the last date of Second Selection List 2025 reporting date to change their options by confirming through an OTP verification process.
Candidates who have been upgraded as per their choices from the first selection list will have to freeze their allotment and complete their admission process.
