The chief guest of the event will be our President Pranab Mukherjee .
The President of India in a recent meeting which was held in the state assembly building reviewed everything related to the event along with some officials.
The meeting, presided over by Chief Secretary Shatrughan Singh, reviewed the security measures being taken for the presidential visit.
The president will only be there for one hour i.e. from 4.30 p.m to 5.30 p.m said an official to IANS.
