The Bihar College of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy (BCPOT)conducted a program on Physiology of Pain and its management recently. The program focussed on paediatric rehabilitation.
The event was inaugurated by Dr. U.D Tiwari, an Ex-Professor, and HOD of BCPO. The welcome address was done by Dr. A.K Jaiswal (academic in charge – BCPO). The garlanding was done by the students of the college.
The topic of discussion at the seminar was managing the physiology of pain in the case of injury. The rehabilitation of pain was also focussed upon.
The chief guest Dr. Kishore Kumar (HOD – BCPO) inaugurated the function with a speech. Later special speeches were given by Dr. Uday Narayan Singh, Dr NK Sinha, Dr PP Sharma and Dr Shanti Kumari.
