RGUKT IIIT AP Notification 2025 OUTRGUKT IIIT AP Notification 2025 (OUT): Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies, Andhra Pradesh, has released the notification for RGUKT IIIT AP 2025. Candidates seeking admission to the 6-year Integrated B.Tech programme can check RGUKT AP Expected Cutoff 2025 to prepare and build a strategy for the examination accordingly. Interested candidates can begin filling the online application forms of RGUKT IIIT AP 2025 by navigating to the officially launched university website, i.e., rgukt.in. The university is inviting online applications at RGUKT AP campuses at Nuzvid. RK Valley (Idupulapaya), Ongole, and Srikakulam for the academic year 2025-26 from April 27, 2025 (10 AM) . The deadline for submission of applications is May 20, 2025 (5 PM).

RGUKT IIIT AP 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Take a look at the stated eligibility requirements before applying at the University website.
- Candidates must have completed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent, including ICSE and CBSE boards.
- Those appearing for the SSC or equivalent in 2025 can also apply.
- Admissions will be based on merit, considering the Grade Point Average (GPA) and subject grades in the qualifying examination, along with state reservation policies.
- A deprivation score of 0.4 may be added to the GPA for applicants from non-residential Government Schools, such as Zilla Parishad and Municipal Schools.
The six-year integrated program includes Pre-University Course (PUC) and B.Tech programme: PUC is a two-year curriculum covering Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English, Telugu, and Information Technology, plus optional Biology while B.Tech is a A four-year program with eight semesters, with branch allocation based on performance after the PUC.
