Selection and Counselling Procedure after AUEEE

Annamalai University Engineering Entrance Exam (AUEEE)-is being conducted ever year for the admission to B.Tech course. The candidates can check the details related to selection and counselling procedure here.

Selection Procedure:-

• Rank List will be prepared based on the score in the Entrance Examination .
• Results Rank list will be published on the University website on July.

Counselling:-

• Separate counselling will be conducted for the candidates from other states .
• The number of seats on offer for the other state candidates will be made known only after the counselling for the Tamil Nadu state candidates is over.
• Admission to the courses depends on the availability of seats and in the order of merit.
• Counselling will be held at the Administrative Office, Annamalai University, Annamalainagar, Chidambaram. Counselling Schedule will be available on the website.
• You will be called for counselling in the order of their merit.
• You have to pay a Counselling fee of Rs 2000/- by cash or DD in favour of “The Registrar, Annamalai University” payable at Chennai at the time of counselling. The counselling fee is not refundable.
• If you are passing the entrance exam & eligible for counselling. The process is as follows:

1. Before attending the counselling you have to confirm your rank based on merit list.
2. You have to decide the course for which you are going to apply.

ocuments Required:-

• Original copy of counselling letter
• Original photocopy of admit card.
• 10th & 12th certificates.
• Community certificate signed by authorized authority
• All documents mentioned on application form
• Community certificate (SC/ST/OBC/Other) signed by the approved power.
• 5-7 Passport size Colour photographs.
• Other relevant certificates.
