Selection & Counselling Procedure after UPES MEET

University of Petroleum and Energy Studies conducts M.Tech Engineering Entrance Examination (MEET) for the admission to M.Tech courses.

Selection Procedure: -

• The candidates who have appeared and qualified in GATE can seek direct admission.
• However, the candidates who did not appear for GATE need to take UPES MEET exam.
• The selection will be made as per the candidates performance in GATE or UPES MEET.
• A merit list will be prepared as per the scores in GATE/ UPES MEET.

Counselling Process: -

• The counselling will be held in three phases.
• The shortlisted candidates have to attend the counselling with all the original documents.
• Candidates have to exercise their choice of courses.
• The candidates need to pay the admission fee after the confirmation of admission.
