SNAP 2024 SIBM Pune Placement Highlights: Highest package offered, top recruitersSNAP 2024 SIBM Pune Placement Highlights: SNAP 2024 SIBM Pune placement report suggests that the average package offered was Rs 28.16 LPA, highest package offered was Rs 49 LPA and median package offered Rs 25 LPA. Students also gave an exceptional show in summer internship, securing 96 pre placement offers. More than 100 organisations visited SIBM Pune during the on campus placement drive offering a number of opportunities in areas of Automotive and Manufacturing, IT/ ITES, Consulting and many more.
About 21% were commerce students and 69% of students had engineering background. The average age of the students was 25.03 years. The average experience of participating students was 17.04 months. 32% of students were freshers and 27% of students had less than 36 months of experience.
In case of female candidates the average CTC was Rs 29.19 LPA while in case of male candidates the average CTC was Rs 27.65 LPA. BFSI and FMCG/ FMCD sectors have offered 23% opportunities to the students.
