TAPMI 2021 Placement: 100% Placement for PGDM Graduates

The T. A. Pai Institute of Management (TAPMI) has successfully completed its 2020-2021 placements for the PGDM programme. The batch was a total of 392 students, out of which 388 candidates were placed across 101 companies. The other four candidates chose their own aspirations and were not a part of the participation. Hence, TAMPI has completed the placement process with a 100% record.

Candidates were also offered jobs during the summer internships as pre-placements. The highest salary in pre-placement was INR 25 Lakh per annum. The average salary offered during pre-placement was INR 13 lakhs per annum. About 69 candidates were offered pre-placements.

In 2021 TAPMI placement, maximum recruiters were from the IT and Analytics sector with 36%. The Consulting sector recruited 34% of the candidates and the Banking and Financial Services sector recruited 23% of the candidates.

The Director of TAPMI, Professor Madhu Veeraraghavan said that TAPMI could provide such excellent placements due to the industry-relevant curriculum they follow to prepare the candidates for the challenges in the real world.
