TNEA Round 1 Seat Allotment 2025: For candidates holding Ranks 1 to 39145 will be allotted seats today, July 19, 2025. The Directorate of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu, will be releasing the round 1 seat allotment for candidates to accept and secure seats at engineering institutes in the state. Candidates allotted seats will have to respond online as well as report offline to complete the admission process. TNEA Round 1 Seat Allotment 2025: Steps to accept seat

As the seat allotment is released online, candidates who have been allotted seats through TNEA Round 1 Seat Allotment 2025 shall follow these instructions to accept the seats allotted:

• To Accept and Join- Candidates who have been allotted seats as per their first preferences shall accept the seats and complete the admission process. To accept the seats, candidates must log in to the portal and accept the seats online and download the seat allotment letter. Candidates must report to the allotted institute with documents to confirm the seats and pay the admission fee before the deadline.
• To Accept and Upward- Candidates who are not satisfied with the seats allotted shall opt for the accept and upward option. Such candidates will have to report to the TNEA Facilitation Centre with documents to confirm their seats to continue in the counselling process.

Candidates who fail to respond to the allotment will be expected to exit the counselling process. Such seats will be treated as vacant for the allotment process in subsequent rounds.
