The Dy CM of Uttar Pradesh has stated that the UPMSP will conduct the UP Board class 10 and 12 board exams for 2022 after the conclusion of the UP State Assembly Elections. He also said that the practical exams will be conducted before the elections. Check all details below.

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad will announce the UP Board class 10 exam schedule and class 12 exam schedule for the academic year 2021-22 after the conclusion of the UP Assembly Elections 2022. With the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections for 2022 expected to be held in March, experts believe the UPMSP class 10 and 12 exams will begin in April. It is expected that the class 10 and 12 Board exams of Uttar Pradesh will be conducted within a time window of 16 to 18 days. UPMSP will also announce the mode of the exams and the number of attempts the students will have along with the class 10 & 12 schedules.
Dr Dinesh Sharma, the Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, has made it clear that the UP Board class 10 and 12 exams will take place after the conclusion of the upcoming state Assembly Elections. He added that the board practical exams will be conducted before the Assembly Elections. The UP Board class 10th and 12th board exams will likely commence around 24th April.

Unlike other boards like the CBSE, CISCE and a few other state boards, the UP Board has not announced in which mode the class 10 and 12 board exams of 2022 will be conducted. It is also yet to announce whether or not it will conduct this year’s board exams in different phases.

In the year 2022, more than 51 lakh students are expected to sit for the UPMSP class 10 and 12 exams. According to the official data, around 28 lakh students have registered for the upcoming class 10 exam and 24 lakh students have registered for the class 12 exam. The numbers for the upcoming board exams have dipped by around 5 lakh compared to the previous year.
