Vignan University has released the V-SAT-2016 results on 30-April-2016. V-SAT (Vignan Scholastic Attitude Test) is an entrance examination conducted by University every year for the admission into various B.Tech courses at University. The V-SAT-2016 examination was held on 27-April-2016 across various centers of Andhra Pradesh. The results were declared within a short period of time.
Addressing the media at a press meet, Vignan University Vice-chancellor, Acharya C. Tangarajan said, "The University conducts V-SAT examination every year and fee concession will be given not only to the toppers of V-SAT but also to the toppers of EAMCET and IIT-JEE. 50% fee concession will be given to 1-100 rankers of EAMCET. 50% fee concession will be also given to the students who secured 169+ marks in IIT-JEE. The examination was conducted through online mode. A total number of 27,800 students attended the examination”. He congratulated the toppers.
Academic Dean, Dr. Ravi Kumar gave the details about the toppers of V-SAT-2016:-
- CH. Rahul of Guntur secured 104 / 120 marks and stood as the topper.
- Gowtham Chowdary of West Godavari stood at the second place
- K. Sheshandra of Kurnool stood in the third place.
He congratulated the toppers and mentioned that 50% fee concession will be given to top-10 rankers.
