Dr. Subhash University (DSU) was founded by the visionary Late Shri Pethaljibhai N. Chavda in 2010. The university is managed by Dr. Subhash P. Chavda Ahir Kelavani Mandal Trust, Junagadh. Dr. Subhash University is the only integrated professional educational complex located inside Junagadh.  Dr. Subhash University also holds the honour of the Indo-Global Engineering Education Excellence Award (2015).

• Mukhyamantri Yuva Swalamban Yojana offers Rs 50,000 or 50% of tuition fees – whichever is less to students who have secured 80 or more percentile in HSC, family income being less than 6 lacs per annum. 
• Post-Metric Scholarship for students belonging to the Scheduled Caste category offers a 100% waiver on tuition fees, provided the family income is less than Rs 2.5 lacs per annum. 
• Students belonging to OBC/ SEBC category, whose family income is less than Rs 2.5 lacs per annum, secure Scholarships amounting to Rs 50,000
