CBSE CTET 2025 Notification is expected to be released in September 2025. The Central Teacher Eligibility Test will be conducted in December 2025, tentatively. You can find the official notification once it is released on the official website of CTET at ctet.nic.in. You must fulfill the eligibility criteria as prescribed in the notification to apply for the exam. Make sure to also learn about the age limit and educational criteria before filling out the application form. The registrations will be opened on the official website of CTET. Make sure to fill out the application form before the last date as mentioned in the notification.

CBSE CTET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

CTET eligibility criteria will be specified in detail in the official notification. You can refer to the minimum eligibility criteria here:

  • National Council for Teacher Education (Determination of Minimum Qualifications for Persons to be recruited as Education Teachers and Physical Education Teachers in Pre-Primary, Primary, Upper Primary, Secondary, Senior Secondary or Intermediate Schools or Colleges) Regulations as amended and notified from time to time.

  • Minimum qualifications laid down in the Recruitment Rules for the teachers by the Appropriate Government where the school is situated, or the Recruitment Rules for the teachers of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangthan or Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti.

  • The candidate should satisfy his/her eligibility before applying and shall be personally responsible in case he/she is not eligible to apply as per the given eligibility criteria. It is to be noted that if a candidate has been allowed to appear in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test, it does not imply that the candidate’s eligibility has been verified. It does not vest any right in the candidate for appointment. The eligibility shall be finally verified by the concerned recruiting agency / appointing authority.

How To Register For CBSE CTET 2025?

You can fill out the CBSE CTET 2025 application form by following the simple procedure given below once the notification is out:

  • Step 1: You will first have to log in to the official website of CTET at ctet.nic.in
  • Step 2: On the homepage, go to the link for “Apply Online”.
  • Step 3: Fill out the online application form and note down your registration number.
  • Step 4: Upload the latest Scanned Photograph and Signature
  • Step 5: Now, pay the examination fee by debit/credit card and net banking.
  • Step 6: Print the confirmation page for future reference.

Once the CBSE CTET 2025 Notification is available, make sure to download the PDF online. Read the guidelines carefully before filling out the application form.

Dear student, usually, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) subjects are required and commonly accepted for admission to both undergraduate Bioinformatics and Biotechnology programs. Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) are also often allowed, but having Biology is an advantage due to the nature of the field.

Dear student, if you want admission at Sanskriti University, then you can check out their scholarship schemes here - https://www.sanskriti.edu.in/admissions/scholarships.php. Based on your marks in class 12th (PCM only), you can upto 90% reduction in tuition fee for 1st year. But you will have to pay the fees for second and third year as the university only offers scholarship for the 1st year of programme.
