Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala or Examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Mathematics separately and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Bio-technology/Computer Science/Biology put together are eligible for admission.

In addition the following provisions are incorporated as per Government Order No. G.O.(Ms).214/2013/HEdn dated 30/5/2013 that 60% aggregate marks in Physics and Chemistry put together and 45% marks in Mathematics are also eligible for admission. Incase candidate has not studied Chemistry, the marks obtained Computer Science/Biotechnology/Biology shall be considered.
