August 28, 2025GATE 2026 registration is now open at gate2026.iitg.ac.in for admission to M.Tech and research programs. Candidates can submit their applications without a late fee until September 28, 2025, while the deadline with a late fee is October 9, 2025. The examination is scheduled to be conducted on February 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2026, in two sessions.
August 25, 2025The GATE 2026 registration has been postponed to August 28, 2025. Regular applications close on September 28, with late submissions accepted until October 9. Exams will be held on February 7, 8, 14, and 15, and results on March 19.
August 06, 2025The GATE 2026 schedule is now available on gate2026.iitg.ac.in. Registration for GATE 2026 will begin on August 25 and will close on September 25 without a late fee, and on October 6 with a late fee. The exam is scheduled for February 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2026. About BEC Bapatla
The BEC was established in 1981. It is an independent institution operating under the control of the Bapatla Education Society. UGC has granted BEC the status of autonomy. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), a body within the Indian government, has accredited the college. Additionally, the All India Council for Technical Education and the National Board of Accreditation both grant approval and accreditation to Bapatla Engineering College. The college is affiliated with Acharya Nagarjuna University. The Ministry of Human Resources Development and the World Bank have chosen BEC as a “Network Institute” for the Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme (TEQIP).
A total of 8 B.Tech programmes, 5 M.Tech programmes, 5 M.Sc. programmes, and one MCA course are offered by the college. In addition to the mentioned courses, the college also offers four engineering diploma courses. Additionally, there are numerous learning centres at Bapatla Engineering College, including the Centre for robotic technology, the Siemens Centre of Excellence, and the Bosch Rexroth Centre of Competence. There are 252 highly qualified faculty members at the college. There are now 4564 students enrolled in total. The student-to-teacher ratio of the college is 18:1. The college collaborates with numerous national and international organisations, including the North Eastern Space Applications Centre (NESAC), New Mexico State University, and the Construction Industry Development Council of Delhi.
