TG LAWCET Phase 2 Counselling 2025: The TG LAWCET Phase 2 Counselling 2025 will begin on September 11, and the official dates were confirmed by TGCHE on September 10. This counselling is for those candidates who cleared the TS LAWCET 2025 examination but were unable to get a seat in Phase 1, or those who may want to go in for upgradation to Phase 2. The eligible candidates must register online, upload their documents, and submit their choice of college and course on the official web portal. Seats will be filled on the basis of the ranks and choices given by the candidates. Upon allotment, candidates are required to report to the allotted colleges with documents and fee payment to accept their admission.
SLAT 2026 Registration Underway: The SLAT 2026 registration process is underway, which will be concluded on November 30, 2025. Candidates who are planning to appear for the SLAT 2026 exam should visit the official website of the Symbiosis International (Deemed University)- slat-test.org. Candidates who have passed Class 10+2 or equivalent exam with 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidates) from any recognized board are eligible to participate in the SLAT 2026 exam. The SLAT registration process will be completed successfully only after paying Rs 2250 as registration fees. For the same, the candidates should complete the payment using the Billdesk payment gateway or, Easebuzz payment gateway. Apart from that, the candidates can make the payment through a demand draft in favour of “Symbiosis Test Secretariat”. Once the fee payment is done, the amount will not be refunded.
You will need to provide certain documents for the CLAT 2026 application process. These include your marksheets of class 10 and 12, photograph, signature, etc. Students planning to take the upcoming CLAT exam must register by providing a list of valid documents, which they will be required to attach in the specified format with their application form. The CLAT exam date 2026 is December 7, 2025, and the admit card is expected to be out at least a week before the exam.
The AIBE Certificate of Practice (CoP) is given to students who have passed the AIBE exam (All India Bar Examination). To get the AIBE certificate, law practitioners need to enrol themselves on the State Bar Council, take AIBE, pass the exam and download the AIBE certificate from the official website of the Bar Council of India (BCI). The exam is conducted in 11 languages across 54 cities in India. At the time of application form filling, candidates have to select their preferred language and city in which they are comfortable. AIBE is conducted nationwide to check the capability of candidates who want to practice law in India. After passing the exam, the candidates can practice law in any court of India. The AIBE certificate is released soon after the result of the AIBE examination is released.
AIBE XX (20) is a national-level law exam conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI). AIBE (All India Bar Examination) is taken by law graduates who want to practice in a court of law in India. To apply for the AIBE exam, the candidate must be a 3-year or 5-year LLB graduate enrolled with a state bar council. Once you have passed the AIBE exam, you will receive the COP (Certificate of Practice) with which you can practice law in India.
