A full fledged placement cell functions at BTCC to coordinate placement and training for students to appear for interviews and group discussions during their final semesters. A panel of in-house experts and external resource persons guides the students to make judicious career choices in accordance with their aptitude, ability and knowledge. The cell maintains good relations with industry and is the primary interface for campus recruitment.Soft-skills training is provided to students starting from their first year itself. We have an on-going programme of training. We start with classes and sessions aimed for students to achieve Personal excellence, improving communicative skills, developing right habits and attitudes and exercises that aim in developing their Group discussion and Interview skills.
