The Chandigarh University scholarship scheme covers an array of scholarships and concessions for deserving students. The scholarships are mostly given on a merit basis. Deserving candidates also need to fulfil certain basic eligibility criteria to apply for the scholarships and concessions offered by the university. The following scholarships are offered by Chandigarh University based on the CUET percentile score for the 2024–2025 academic year. Students applying for the CUET scholarships must score a minimum 7.5 CGPA in the semester exams, for the continuation of the scholarship.

Chandigarh University announced the R-Tikaram Sports Scholarship worth Rs 1 crore for Para-Olympians from 2021. In addition, 25 seats under the sports category would be reserved for the Para-Athletes who would be eligible for the academic scholarship up to 100%, free hostel accommodation, special diet & training allowances.
