Chandigarh University Scholarship Scheme for Wards of Defence Personnel

Chandigarh University (CU) stands as a beacon of gratitude and respect for India’s Defence Forces, recognizing the sacrifices and stories behind every uniform. Through its Rs 10 Crore Scholarship Scheme, CU offers exclusive educational opportunities for the wards and spouses of Defence Personnel under the Armed Forces Educational Welfare Scheme (AFEWS). Moreover, 5% of seats in every course at CU are reserved for the families of Defence Martyrs, including spouses and wards, ensuring priority access to quality education.

Chandigarh University Scholarships

Chandigarh University scholarship scheme covers various scholarships for deserving students. The scholarships are mostly given on entrance exam scores as well as merit basis. Based on CUET, candidates with a score of 90.02 to 100 marks are offered a 100% fee waiver. Moreover, candidates with a rank up to 25000 in JEE Main are offered 100% scholarship on semester fees.
