Chandigarh University Cutoff 2026: CUCET, JEE Main, CAT Cutoffs

Chandigarh University does not publish official admission cutoffs. The university conducts CUCET for admission to most of its programs and offers scholarships across two phases (Phase I and Phase II) based on CUCET scores. Chandigarh University CUCET cutoff 2026 for 100% scholarship is 90.01 to 100 marks. Candidates scoring 80–90 marks in CUCET Phase 1 are eligible for a 50% scholarship.

Apart from CUCET, Chandigarh University also accepts JEE Main scores for B.E. scholarships, CAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/XAT scores for MBA scholarships, and NATA/JEE Main Paper II scores for B.Arch scholarships. Chandigarh University cutoff 2026 for B.E. through JEE Main is AIR up to 25,000 for a 100% semester fee scholarship, while candidates with AIR 25,001–50,000 are eligible for a 75% scholarship. For MBA, candidates with 80% or above in CAT can avail a 50% scholarship on the semester fee. 
 

Chandigarh University CUCET cutoff 2026 is 90.01–100 marks for a 100% scholarship in Phase I and II. Candidates securing 80–90 marks in CUCET Phase 1 are eligible for a 50% scholarship, while those scoring 70–79.99 marks can avail a 40% scholarship. Candidates with 30–39.99 marks qualify for admission without any scholarship.

Chandigarh University JEE Main cutoff 2026 for B.E. programs is AIR up to 25,000 for a 100% scholarship on the semester fee. Candidates securing AIR 25,001–50,000 are eligible for a 75% scholarship, while AIR 50,001–75,000 qualifies for a 50% scholarship.

• Maximum 5% of total intake seats in each B.E. program are allocated under this scholarship scheme.
• Scholarship is applied on the semester fee. Candidates must also appear for CUCET as it is compulsory for B.E. admissions. JEE Main scholarship is an additional merit benefit on top of CUCET eligibility.
• Only JEE Main 2026 scores will be accepted for the academic session 2026-27.

Chandigarh University MBA cutoff 2026 for scholarship is 80% or above in CAT for a 50% scholarship on the semester fee. Candidates securing 75–79.99% in CAT are eligible for a 25% scholarship, while those scoring 70–74.99% qualify for a 10% scholarship. Chandigarh University CAT Cutoff 2026 for MBA

Chandigarh University CAT cutoff 2026 for MBA is 80% or above for a 50% scholarship on the semester fee. Candidates are eligible for scholarships across three percentile slabs based on their CAT 2025 score.

Chandigarh University MAT / CMAT / ATMA / XAT Cutoff 2026 for MBA

For candidates appearing in MAT, CMAT, ATMA, or XAT, Chandigarh University MBA cutoff 2026 is 90% or above for a 25% scholarship on the semester fee. Candidates with 85–89.99% in these exams are eligible for a 20% scholarship.

• MBA scholarships at Chandigarh University are offered under the National Level Entrance Exam-based merit scheme for the academic session 2026-27.
• Maximum 10% of total intake seats in each MBA program are allocated under this scholarship scheme.
• Industry Collaborated programs at the PG level are not applicable for the MBA scholarship scheme.
• Candidates must also clear CUCET, which is compulsory for MBA and specialized MBA admissions at Chandigarh University. CAT/MAT/XAT scholarships are an additional merit benefit.

Chandigarh University B.Arch cutoff 2026 is a NATA score above 150 or JEE Main Paper II percentile above 90 for a 40% scholarship on academic fees. Candidates securing a NATA score between 120–150 or JEE Main Paper II percentile of 80–90 are eligible for a 30% scholarship.

• The Architecture Scholarship is offered on Academic Fees only. Hostel and other charges are not covered under this scheme.
• Candidates can apply using either NATA 2026 or JEE Main Paper II 2026 scores — both are accepted.
• For the 10% scholarship slab, only NATA scores of 90–99.99 are mentioned; no corresponding JEE Main Paper II bracket is specified in the official scheme for this slab.
• CUCET is also compulsory for B.Arch at Chandigarh University. The NATA/JEE Main scholarship is over and above the CUCET-based scholarship eligibility.

The admission to courses offered by Chandigarh University is done on the basis of cutoff scores. After the respective entrance exam results are out, Chandigarh University prepares the final cutoff lists for admission. The candidates are required to obtain a score equal to or more than the cutoff specified by the University for admission to various UG & PG courses. Based on the cutoff score and the rank of the candidates in the respective exam, Chandigarh University releases the merit list. The merit list consists of the name of all the candidates who are shortlisted for admission to the respective programs.
