Expected JEE Main Cutoff Percentile 2024: Candidates enrolled for the exam can check the expected cutoff percentile of JEE Mains 2024 based on previous years' trends. The JEE Main Cutoff Percentile 2024 is the minimum percentile required to qualify the exam and to be eligible for the advanced exam and NIT admission. As the cutoff has been prepared considering multiple factors including the previous year’s cutoff, candidates can expect a slight difference in the official and expected cutoff. However every year the candidate witnesses a slight increase in the JEE Main cutoff with the total number of applications gradually increasing every year. For the Session 2 JEE Main 2024, almost 12 lakh candidates registered for the exam. 

Toughest Shift of JEE Main April 2024 Session 2: As the National Testing Agency conducts the JEE Main exam in multiple shifts, there is a possibility for the varied difficulty level of the question paper. NTA makes efforts to maintain a similar difficulty level of the JEE Main question paper across all the shifts but there are always instances of varied difficulty level over the years. For instance, during Session 1 of JEE Main 2024, many students said that the January 27th Shift 1 and 2 were tougher than other shifts. JEE Main April 2024 (Session 2) takes place in 10 shifts, and student reviews along with expert opinions are considered to figure out which shift was toughest in the Session 2 exam. Students must note that the below analysis is purely based on the responses received from students who appeared for the exam. NTA follows the normalization process for declaring the results to make sure that no student gets affected due to the non-consistent difficulty level across different shifts.

NIT Kurukshetra B.Tech CSE JEE Main Previous Years Cutoff: As JEE Main 2024 Session 2 is going to be out on April 25, students can now check the previous year's cutoff of NITs to have a tentative idea of the admission chances. As one of the most demanded courses, Computer Engineering, the cutoffs are usually high. Those candidates aspiring for admission to NIT Kurukshetra can refer to the B.Tech CSE previous year's (2023) cutoff here and accordingly plan their choices to be filled at the time of choice filling for the counselling process. NIT Patna CSE JEE Main Previous Years Cutoff: JEE Main 2024 Session 2 result releases on April 25, and the online registration for JoSAA 2024 on June 10.
