Daulat Ram College B.A. (Hons) Economics - Fees, Eligibility, Seats and Admission 2025

Overall: my college is the in main north campus area making it a really good option to explore and interact with people and expand our perspectives, my experience has been fairly well as the college provides opportunities to grow ourselves through participating in different societies, also the campus might be small but it really peaceful and out of any dusu election drama helping students concentrate on their studies.

Placement: The college has a separate placement cell named VRIDDHI which helps people to find great internship and job oppportunities from college itself without seeking help from an alternative site that promotes scams. the students can apply for internships and jobs and after the interview they can get hired based on their skills. many tech and marketing companies like deloitte,wipro etc hire from the college. although more opportunities are for b.com and computer science students.

Infrastructure: the campus though small but is really peaceful and has an auditorium, a conference hall, a seminar hall and a garden area where students can relax in between classes. the classrooms are quite small which makes it difficult to accommodate more number of students and thus makes it a bit suffocating in summers also because not all classrooms are equipped with air conditioning. but overall the campus is good and located in the main campus area so its easier to avail transportation and other facilities.

Faculty: the faculty might just be the best part of the college, the teachers of my department are really supportive and helps us to understand the concepts in the real life scenario. they also make sure that each and every student understands the concepts so they use both hindi and english so that students from both the mediums can understand without fail. the teachers of political science department like to teach in a more practical sense rather then the textbook knowledge.

Hostel: the hostel timings are quite strict as the gate closes around 7 pm in the evening. but rest assured the facilities are well maintained the food is edible in taste but healthy and the water supply is good. overall the hostel is fine is in the college campus so it saves a lot of transportation cost. the washrooms are sometimes unclean but thats mostly on students so apart from that its just like any other hostel.

Overall: In my 12th class,I got 92.4% and landed in Daulat Ram College in July 2018.It is a girls college.According to my percentage,I got combination of Hindi and Political Science in B.A. programme.Being Honest I am still regretting by making this choice,it is the most useless subject combination.you can't give TGT SST exam for government school vacancies because they want either geography or history with any other SST subjects.Having either geography or history is must to become eligible for TGT SST.You will also not eligible for TGT english because english because you will study english only in 3 semesters of B.A.Programme.So choose wisely before making any decision.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is OK.It's library has two floors out of which 1st floor is permanently closed for many years due to broken ceiling and Principal is not repairing it.ACs are not frequent in classes.Only fans are present in the classrooms.Benches are Ok.

Faculty: In my graduation,Professors are nice and calm.They taught nicely however their checking is strict.In case of administrative staff,they are also nice and help you with your problems.Library professors are bit strict but overall they are nice.

Overall: Although Infrastructure was quite moderate but the few areas were really well built in addition to new construction work has been taking place of buildings .Faculty was nice..seniors are really appreciate,supportive,friendly kind natured. Many cultural activities also been organised in our college time to time. Hence the conclusion is that Daulat Ram College is a very decent college .

Placement: About the placement of the college I had headed it was average moderate but if the student is really dexterous then obvisouly she would get the very good placements opportunities.

Infrastructure: The faculty of our Ba History honors was really perfectionist,intellectual and supporting always motivated and encourages us.they never fails us to give their best guidance.

Faculty: As i have discussed about the faculty of our college is perfect really motivation supporting kind intelligent hard working for a while due to busy scheldueld they got busy otherwise they were always been supportive to every children

Hostel: As a Pg student I am not much aware about the hostel facilities but I have heard about my friends she praised the food quality and the other maintenance been provided to them.
