Cut-off for Doon University varies every year. The cut-off is made available in the form of a merit list by the university for the state level and all India levels separately. Every year, the cut-off is released and is dependent on various factors such as the number of students who applied for the course, the number of seats available for the course and more. The B.Sc Mathematics is among the top choices of students. Hence, it is expected that the Doon University B.Tech Mathematics cut-off would increase up to 20 per cent above the previous year's cut-off.

Admission to Doon University is done on the basis of the eligibility criteria stated by the university for the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The university releases a merit list based on which admission is granted. The selected candidates then have to complete the admission formalities as prescribed by Doon University. The admission deadlines are provided in the prospectus, which you have to follow, if you fail to complete the admission requirements by the deadlines, you will automatically be denied admission. The Doon University merit list for various academic programmes will be published on the university's website and notice boards. You will be invited to enrol and thereafter be notified. The passing percentage is 60%. For reserved category candidates the percentage is 45-50%.
