Overall: The college offers a good balance of academics and activities. With self-effort and involvement, students can gain strong technical skills, good placement opportunities, and a well-rounded college experience.
Faculty: Faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive, especially in core subjects. Some professors go beyond the syllabus to give practical insights, though a few might stick strictly to theory. Assistance during project work and placements is appreciated.
Overall: Placements: I give Acharya Institute of Technology a rating of 60% to 70% of students placed in Tata Consultancy Services, with the highest salary being 12 LPA and the minimum being 3 LPA from the company. The college provides AI1K company internships but only offers credit points, not paid internships. Around 20%-25% of students crack the internship.
Faculty: Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified from the best institute, and they provide notes chapter-wise. Their behavior is very helpful for students. Notes are so simple and help with the semester exam, and they provide important questions from previous year question papers, and a doubt-solving lecture is conducted on the weekend.

Overall: I am a student of GV Acharya College pursuing a professional course in Data Science and Analytics. The overall academic environment here is good, with supportive faculty who focus on both theoretical and practical knowledge. The infrastructure is decent, with well-equipped labs, a library, and Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms. Placement opportunities are improving year by year. Around 60-70% of students in our batch got placed. The highest package offered was around 6 LPA, and the average was 3.5 LPA. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and LTI visited the campus. Internship opportunities were also provided to interested students. The college conducts technical events, workshops, and cultural fests which keep the campus vibrant. I personally enjoyed the group projects and seminar activities. However, there is still scope for improvement in industry exposure and advanced lab facilities. Overall, it’s a good college for students looking to start their career in the IT or analytics domain.
Faculty: The faculty at GV Acharya College is one of the college’s strengths. Most professors are well-qualified and possess in-depth knowledge of their respective subjects. They are approachable and supportive, always ready to help students with doubts and project guidance. In the Data Science and Analytics course, teachers focus on both theoretical concepts and practical applications, including hands-on sessions using tools like SQL, Python, and Power BI. The teaching methods are interactive, and faculty often encourage participation in seminars, presentations, and group discussions. Some professors also have industry experience, which helps bridge the gap between academics and real-world applications. However, a few departments could benefit from more exposure to the latest technologies and trends. Regular workshops and guest lectures by industry professionals help keep the curriculum updated. Overall, the faculty is dedicated and ensures that students receive a strong academic foundation for their future careers.
Overall: The up-to-date curriculum ensures job-readiness, aligning with industry needs. However, more practical lectures over theoretical ones would enhance hands-on skills. Despite this, the college’s vibrant events, ongoing renovations, improving placements, and excellent Infosys-Anudip technical courses create a promising environment for aspiring engineers, fostering both academic growth and practical expertise.
Faculty: Every teacher at my college is exceptionally nice, fostering a supportive learning environment. All lectures are conducted diligently, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the computer engineering curriculum. Faculty members excel in guiding project-related work, providing valuable inputs and ensuring tasks are completed properly. They also conduct the required practicals, enhancing hands-on learning.

For me it takes one and a half hour to reach college so in total my 3 hours were going in travelling and this is the reason i dont go to college everyday. About washroom it is not clean.
Faculty: Faculty is good they can help you if you have any doubt or problem. Almost all sir/mam are marathi speaking but if you want they can speak in hindi or english.
