Overall: College is good as opportunities are there.If you can get the skills you can get any placement.If you want to learn you can learn there are faculty to help you

Placement: Placement cell is okay okay they help in placement but not that great .In my year every one got some or other placement but some companies later didn't call and all of that

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good labs are well equipped and rooms and other facilities are good there. Labs have all the equipment.All the things are in good condition.All in all infrastructure is good.

Faculty: Faculty are very helpful and Knowledgeable .If u ask them they will surely help you .They are very helpful and guide you for a better future.Faculty are friendly too .

Hostel: For freshers it's good but senior hostel are very bad just fan and walls you got.Hostel are old and bad condition.Better to take room outside.Hostel are not at all good.

Overall: Overall, Haldia Institute of Technology is 4.2/5. You can learn everything here. Placements: Last year, our college placement record was 95%. The average is 6 LPA. The highest package is 28 LPA, and the lowest is 2.4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Haldia Petrochemical, Capgemini, Infosys, BOAT,Accenture, etc. Roles offered by companies are Junior Assistant Engineers, coders, etc.

Placement: Last year in 2023, 91 percent of the students were placed from this college. Top recruiters are - Infosys, Capgemini and Tata Consultant Services. Last year in 2022, 85 percent of students got internship call. Top rolls are software engineers and marketing.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is quite good. The labs are well-equipped with Wi-Fi and the classrooms are new and well designed to suits the environment of studies. The library of this college is the best and large among all the colleges in West Bengal. The hostels are also quite good and the food is decent there in the mess. Medical and sports facilities are very good and we can play any sports in the college.

Faculty: The faculty members at the college are extremely supportive and helpful. With a total of 256 faculty members, students can rely on their guidance and assistance throughout their academic journey. The academic year consists of two semester exams and six internal exams. While the semester exams may pose a bit of a challenge, the internal exams are relatively easier. In order to pass the exams, students must achieve a minimum of 60% marks.

Hostel: The bed,fan,tubelight and table,chair provided in the room of hostel.The meal review is 7/10. Registration process of hostel is done by College as well. the hostel fees is 24000 per year. The locality of my hostel is Inside campus Of Haldia Institute of Technology.

Hostel: The hostel facilities at my engineering college provide a comfortable and secure living environment for students, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie. Additionally, the hostel staff ensures a supportive atmosphere, offering assistance and guidance whenever needed.

Overall: Well if you are if you are looking for a campus life you should come to HIT Haldia. As it has largest campus area among all the colleges of West Bengal. On an average it has quite well placement track and use number of alumini um who are placed in top rank MNCs. Life expenses and other needs are easily affordable.

Placement: Training and placement cell of the college try their best to provide placement to each and every student of the campus. The regular sessions help us to increase our speaking skills and other skills required in the industry for self growth and skill development of ourself. TPOs are doing great in bringing all the companies for the placement and providing proper training according to the company.

Infrastructure: College ke infrastructure is great and well organised. Huge campus area which three grounds and one gymnasium and a basketball court. There are other auditoriums and sports court.

Faculty: Faculty members are so much Cooperative as they help with studies and other projects also. All the teachers are well educated and they try the best to help us with study and other issues. All the faculties are so much Cooperative as this support you to do excel in the life and provide you all the essential supports.

Hostel: There there are lot a lot number of hostels. They are situated in inside and outside of the campus. Quality of food provided in hostel is not that good.
