Hindu College of Engineering and Technology, Guntur admissions to its UG courses usually take place after the announcement of 10+2 results, typically in the month of May/June. Students aspiring for B.Tech admission in HCET Guntur can either apply for state quota admission through AP EAMCET counselling process (or) can directly apply to the college for admission under institutional-quota or management quota.

For B.Tech admission in HCET Guntur, the candidates should have minimum 50% marks in 10+2 with physics and mathematics as the major subjects. Furthermore, the candidate should belong to Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana/ a citizen of India/ persons of Indian origin (PIO) / overseas citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders/ Local or Non-Local residents’ requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh/Telangana can apply.
