The event marked the beginning of a transformative academic journey for 156 bright, young minds. The ceremony was inaugurated by Prof. Himanshu Rai, Director, IIM Indore, who addressed the incoming batch with a heartfelt welcome and insightful reflections. He encouraged students to cultivate a mindset of curiosity, humility, and self-awareness, and to embrace empathy as a guiding principle in their personal and professional lives. Prof. Aditya Maheshwari, Chair – IPM, also welcomed the incoming class and reflected on the pioneering spirit of the IPM programme, highlighting the diverse academic backgrounds of the students.
