Induction Programme for IPM Batch 2025-30 - IIM Indore warmly welcomed its newest cohort into the prestigious Five-Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) at the Induction Ceremony for the IPM Batch 2025–30, held on August 6, 2025. The event marked the beginning of a transformative academic journey for 156 bright, young minds. The ceremony was inaugurated by Prof. Himanshu Rai, Director, IIM Indore, who addressed the incoming batch with a heartfelt welcome and insightful reflections. He encouraged students to cultivate a mindset of curiosity, humility, and self-awareness, and to embrace empathy as a guiding principle in their personal and professional lives. Prof. Aditya Maheshwari, Chair – IPM, also welcomed the incoming class and reflected on the pioneering spirit of the IPM programme, highlighting the diverse academic backgrounds of the students. The event included the Certificate of Academic Excellence ceremony and the announcement of the Late Adya Prabha Memorial Scholarship, awarded to Piyoni Jayesh Shethia for outstanding academic performance.
GATE qualifiers get GOI teaching assistantship of Rs.8000/- per month and a contingency Grant of Rs 5000/- per year. SC/STcandidates are granted financial assistance as per the scheme of Govt. of Indiavide letters NO. 11016/19/2005.SCD-I dated 21.6.2007 & 19012/36/05-Education dated 27.6.2007 subject to the satisfactory fulfillment of terms and conditions mentioned.
Every PGDIE Student receiving TA is required to undertake 8-10 hours per week of work related to teaching and research activities as assigned to him/her by the Institute. Students must secure a first class or equivalent CGPA/Grade during the first semester and the second-semester examinations, to become eligible for the continuance of teaching assistantship during the second semester and the third semester respectively.
