IIT BHU B.Arch Eligibility Criteria

To pursue a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree at IIT Varanasi, candidates must meet certain eligibility criteria. Applicants should have successfully completed their 10+2 examination or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Additionally, they must have secured a minimum aggregate score of 75% (65% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) in their qualifying examination. Aspirants are also required to qualify in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main and subsequently appear for the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT). The final selection is based on the candidate's performance in the AAT and their JEE Main score.
