JIMS Kalkaji offers two main 2-year postgraduate management programs: PGDM with a focus on General Management and PGDM–IB with a focus on International Business. Both programs provide strong managerial training, industry exposure, and career opportunities in business, finance, consulting, marketing, and international trade. Students can choose a program based on their career interest and specialization, and both programs have structured curriculum with experienced faculty to prepare students for corporate challenges.

The PGDM program has 120 seats, while PGDM–IB offers 60 seats in 2026. Out of the total, some seats are reserved for SC/ST/OBC and EWS candidates. The remaining seats are filled based on merit and entrance exam scores. Limited seat numbers ensure personalized attention from faculty and better opportunities in classroom discussions, workshops, and projects, helping students gain practical knowledge alongside theoretical learning.

To apply for PGDM or PGDM–IB, students must have a graduation degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks. There is no restriction on the field of study, making the programs open to students from engineering, commerce, science, humanities, or other backgrounds. This ensures a diverse student community and allows applicants from different academic streams to pursue a career in management or international business.

JIMS Kalkaji accepts CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, and ATMA scores for both PGDM and PGDM–IB programs. Shortlisted candidates then go through a group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI) to assess communication skills, problem-solving ability, and overall personality. Using national-level exam scores ensures a merit-based selection process for candidates with strong academic and analytical skills.

The first-year fee for both PGDM and PGDM–IB is ₹10.75 lakh, with a total program fee of ₹21.5 lakh for the 2-year duration.
