The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has officially released the NEET PG Round 2 Counselling dates, bringing relief to thousands of postgraduate medical aspirants waiting for the next phase of counselling. Students who were unable to get a seat in the first round or those seeking an upgrade now have one more chance to vie for a seat in MD, MS, and PG Diploma courses in medical colleges through the All India Quota (AIQ) 50% seats, deemed universities, central universities and AFMS institutions.

The result for the entrance test has been published on November 15, 2025, and the Mock Round Counselling process is expected to begin very soon. The counselling process will be conducted mainly in four rounds, namely, Mock Round, Round 1, Round 2, and an Open Round. Students who have been featured on the national-level merit list will be eligible to participate in the Mock Round Counselling registration. The AIIMS New Delhi will conduct the entire counselling process in online mode on the official portal.

Candidates who registered for the counselling process and completed the choice filling process can check the seat allotment at mcc.nic.in.
