While your GATE score of 410 makes you GATE qualified, it might not suffice to get a direct admission into the top institutes through the GATE quota, as generally, the CSE cutoffs for the OC students usually cross the 420 mark. That being said, securing such a GATE score can still be beneficial during the counselling.
