K.P.B Hinduja College of Commerce (KPBHC) has all the modern-day facilities for the students like classrooms, lecture halls, audio visual rooms seminar halls etc. The library of the college is well stocked with all the course books available. There is a health centre and gym within the college campus. Mumbai University campus are well designed that provides students with modern infra and convenient amenities that make their life 'go easy' in college hours, alongside make learning more enjoyable. Some facilities include well-ventilated classrooms, recreational areas, hostel facility for boys and girls, indoor and outdoor games, stocked library, seamless internet connectivity, medical facilities etc.
Infrastructure: The college building of KPB Hinduja College is functional but modest. Located right next to Charni Road station, it is easy to reach for daily commuters. The structure is multi-storeyed and houses classrooms, a library, computer labs, and basic administrative offices. While some classrooms have modern facilities like projectors and smart boards, parts of the building show signs of age and could use renovation. Space is limited, so there is no large campus ground, and recreational areas are minimal. The cleanliness is generally maintained, but during peak hours, corridors and staircases can feel crowded. The library is well-stocked and a plus point for students, while the gym and health centre are small but useful additions. Overall, the building serves its purpose for academic activities, but it is not very spacious or modern, and students feel that upgrading certain areas would enhance the learning environment.
Hostel: KPB Hinduja College does not provide any hostel facilities, which means students have to find accommodation on their own in nearby areas like Charni Road, Marine Lines, or Grant Road. This can be convenient for those who live locally or can commute easily, but it can be challenging and expensive for outstation students, as rents in South Mumbai are generally high. The absence of a hostel also means students miss out on the community living experience that some other colleges offer. However, the college’s location next to Charni Road station makes daily travel easier, and there are plenty of PGs, rented flats, and shared accommodations available in the surrounding areas. While this setup works for many students, those coming from outside Mumbai need to factor in the cost and effort of arranging their own stay before taking admission.
Infrastructure: one of the best infrastructure among all over the other college. The college have all the facilities which are requied to the students like Good classrooms, library, sports ground, medical facilities, etc.
Hostel: hostels are available for girls and boys with good food. There are neat and clean rooms. In hostels they provide Wi-Fi, beds, gyms, etc. overall good hostel facilities.
Infrastructure: The facilities in this college are good. Classes also have WiFi, smartboards. campuse also have sports centres, and libraries too for students to read new books.
Hostel: I don’t have a experienced of hostel because in prestige they provide hostel only for the girls not for boys so I am unable share my feedback on hostel experience.
Infrastructure: I like libraries and study places, but a lot of academic buildings seem out of date. Housing is definitely the biggest headache - old and cramped rooms unless you fork over for the newest cottages. Parking is also a big nightmare.
Hostel: In the majority of cases, be ready for low-quality, deprived dorms well-furnished with only a few amenities, unless you are willing to pay premium fees. Dining hall food is repetitive beyond belief and it won’t be long before you are pining for mom’s home-cooked meals.
Infrastructure: From modern classrooms with all the furnishings to a massive parking area, my college provides a well-equipped space for students and staff. They take eco-friendliness seriously and even have a range of indoor games for leisure time.
Hostel: The hostel has a midday shut down for cleaning, 11am to 2pm. The owners are flexible though, so just let them know if you need something. They'd probably prefer you to be out having adventures with your friends during that time! Living in a hostel has definitely changed me for the better.
Hostel: The hostel is absolutely superb ,the staff are friendly , helpfull and full of local knowledge and go to the extra mile .the faculty are cleaned daily . And the food in the hostel is of good quality and one Sunday they provide special menu for students .
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is worst ...the toilets are not cleaned and classrooms are average and there A.C are off always ...the benches are of wooden and campus is small
Hostel: Hostel is not available in this college, you have to find any hostel pr something to live ..to live in nearby hostels the hostels are very high price
Infrastructure: College building is very nice and h college is very good for outlook and college have space to play and college have very powerful structure and also college provide free book
Hostel: Hostel is very nice for stay near college and also have minimum amount and also have college I have stayed in college also very nice experience and college provide less amount for stay
