Kalpataru Institute of Technology Tiptur was established in the year 1986 under the aegis of Kalpataru Vidya Samsthe with a view to provide quality technical education. It is a private institute which is situated in Tiptur, Karnataka. The college is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi. It has been recognised by UGC and has also been approved by AICTE, New Delhi. The institute has also been accredited NBA (National Board of Accreditation).
