The NEET PG 2025 Round 2 choice filling and locking deadline has been extended to December 12, 2025. The extension comes after 2,620 new PG medical seats were added, increasing the total number of seats available in Round 2 to 32,080.
The NEET PG Round 2 counselling registration is now open and will remain active until December 9, 2025. The choice filling window will be available from December 6 to 9, and the seat allotment results will be announced on December 12, 2025.
The NEET PG 2025 counselling schedule for Round 2 has been updated. Registration for Round 2 will now take place from December 5 to 9, while choice filling will be open from December 6 to 9. The seat allotment results will be released on December 12.
I. Two years, P.U.C. examinations conducted by the P.U.E. Board, Karnataka State with English as compulsory subject and Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka.
OR
II. Intermediate examination in Science of an Indian University / Board or other recognized examining body with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, Which shall include a practical test in these subjects and also English as compulsory subject.
III. First year of the Three year Degree course of a recognized University with Physics, Chemistry and Biology including a practical test in these subjects provided is a university examination.
IV. B.Sc. Examination of an Indian University, Provided that he / she has passed the B.Sc. examination with not less than two of the following subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology) and further that he / she has passed either the qualifying examination with the following subjects :- Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
OR
V. Any other examination with scope and standard is found to be equivalent to the intermediate science examination of an University / Board, taking Physics, Chemistry and Biology including a practical test in each of these subjects and English.
The candidate should have passed M.B.B.S. Degree with Recognized University.
