B.Tech (Bio-Process Engineering)

Only Indian citizens are eligible for admission. Holders of persons of Indian Origin (PIO) Cards / OCI (Overseas Citizen of India), who have studied / are studying in educational institutions in Kerala from Class VIII to Class XII will also be treated at par with Indian citizens for the limited purpose of admissions.

Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, or Examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Mathematics separately, and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry / Bio - Technology/ Computer Science / Biology put together are eligible for admission.

Candidates who have a Diploma in Engineering awarded by the Board of Technical Examinations, or an Examination recognized as equivalent thereto, by the State Board of Technical Education after undergoing an institutional course of at least 3 years, securing a minimum of 50% marks in the final Diploma Examination are eligible for admission. The Vocational Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, Has been recognized as equivalent to the Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala.

Applicants should have completed 17 years of age as on the December 31st of previous calender year. No relaxation in the minimum age will be allowed. There is no upper age limit.
