MSU Vadodara BCA : Fees, Courses, Eligibility & Admission 2024

Overall: The college is nice and managements of the college always sustain a congenial teaching and learning ambience all through the academic year and also spiritually tune students to be courageous in turbulence, balanced in victory, empathetic to the vulnerable and accountable to posterity.

Placement: The placements cell are very helpful. They help the students in exploring placements opportunities by inviting many companies. Recruiting companies are Sun Pharma, Bioclinica, Lupin, Cipla and Himalaya.

Hostel: Hostels were average. The food quality was better. There were no unique facilities in the hostels. Medical facilities were available 24X7 with a charge of Rs 500 every time.

Overall: If you want to pursue BCA better don't be fooled by rumors about this college, because all that was the past. the current scenario is different. first of all the fees are too much (around 49000/semester). Rare placements and few events.

Placement: The placement cell is not properly organized, people of this cell have no contacts with companies and they don't even try much to invite companies for placement. In the year 2024, barely 3-4 companies might have visited the department. No support from the faculty for the placements.

Infrastructure: The lab is well equipped and has libraries in both departments and two main libraries, Maintenance is on the lower side. the campus is lush green and noise-free, overall better

Faculty: This review is specifically for the Department of Computer Application at MS University, first, we have only assistant professors and very few of them are doctorates. Some teachers have no or less than a year of industrial experience in software or related fields. Teaching is very very poor. I have secured an 8.79 CGPA with self-studies because it is a wasting my time attending classes of such faculty. All they do is read out the PowerPoint presentations. Our HOD himself is a professor in the physics department and this makes no sense. Don't expect that you will gain knowledge from such faculties.

Hostel: I have not stayed in hostels but visited the mess and friends' rooms more often, the food quality is good and the maintenance is good. The surrounding environment is good for students and away from city disturbances

Overall: If we consider the university as whole, you will definitely love studying here as the environment here is too good and the teachers and faculties are very supportive.

Placement: Placements at the university is very organized, everyone gets equal opportunity to present themselves in front of the companies that visits the campus for the campus interviews. Teachers also support you for preparing for the placements.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of MSU is excellent. There are good computers labs that are in proper working conditions and functions smoothly. If you dont have a computer or laptop, you can rely on them.

Faculty: Faculties of the university are qualified personnel. They would love to help you anytime when you get stuck or get any doubts, so yeah university got some good faculties.

Hostel: To be very honest, hostels there are not that good but it works for you according to what you are paying for the hostels. So i believe you can register yourself for the hostel and you wont be having any problems.
