NIT Delhi M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering - Fees, Eligibility, Seats and Admission 2026

The fee for M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering at NIT Delhi is 140000 INR. M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering admission 2024 at NIT Delhi will be based on GATE, CCMT.

To pursue an M.Tech. degree at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Delhi, aspiring candidates must meet certain eligibility criteria. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university. They should have secured a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) in their qualifying examination.
