NIT Delhi M.Tech Eligibility Criteria

To pursue an M.Tech. degree at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Delhi, aspiring candidates must meet certain eligibility criteria. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university. They should have secured a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) in their qualifying examination. Additionally, candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories must have obtained a minimum of 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA. Admissions are based on the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) scores, followed by a centralized counseling process conducted by the NIT Delhi.
