The fee for M.Tech in VLSI & Embedded Systems at NIT Raipur is 140000 INR. M.Tech in VLSI & Embedded Systems admission 2024 at NIT Raipur will be based on GATE, CCMT.

To pursue an M.Tech. (Master of Technology) degree at NIT Raipur Raipur, applicants must meet certain eligibility criteria. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university or institute. They should have obtained a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale (55% marks or a CGPA of 6.0 for SC/ST/PwD candidates). Additionally, applicants must have a valid GATE score in the relevant discipline. Admissions may also consider candidates without a GATE score based on their academic performance and performance in a written test and/or interview conducted by the institute.
