NIT Placements and Highest Package: NITs are considered one of the most renowned institutes of Technology that offer hefty packages across various streams, particularly to engineering graduates. The highest packages at NIT placements often make headlines each year, especially from the top branches such as CSE, EEE, etc. Over the past few years, NIT placement has continued the trend of maintaining excellent placement records ranging from 80-90%, with some institutes achieving 100% placements. Talking about the NIT highest package, it tends to vary based on different NITs as well as branches. Last year, NIT Rourkela highest package was offered at INR 1.20 CPA for ECE branch, followed by highest package in NIT Warangal at INR 88 LPA. As for Computer Science Engineering graduates, NIT Trichy CSE average package was INR 27.27 LPA and NIT Warangal CSE average package was INR 29.67 LPA. NIT GATE Cutoff 2025: The GATE 2025 cutoff for NIT has been released at ccmt.admissions.nic.in in the form of opening and closing ranks. The NIT GATE cutoff 2025 is the cutoff mark that students must score to get NIT M.Tech admission. The highest NIT cutoff for MTech admission ranges from 800-850 each year, with the lowest cutoff being 350-400. However, scoring between 600-700 in the GATE exam is considered satisfactory, as it will put you in a good position to secure NIT MTech admission. The NIT MTech cutoff for top NITs like NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, and NIT Surathkal is usually higher than that of newly established NITs. The expected NIT Trichy GATE cutoff ranges between 700 to 800 for general students and 200 to 400 for SC/ST students. Whereas the expected GATE 2025 cutoff for newly established NIT Goa ranges between 400 to 700 for general students and 200 to 350 for SC/ST/ students. LATEST UPDATE – CCMT Seat Allotment 2025 Round 1 has been released. CCMT Cutoff 2025 for Round 1 has also been released on the official website ccmt.admissions.nic.in. 

GATE-qualified students must register and appear in CCMT counselling, during which MTech seats for NITs will be allocated. The CCMT seat allotment 2025 round 1 has been released. Along with CSE, other engineering courses also received handsome salary packages. The NIT Raipur salary package 2024-25 offered for Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, and Chemical Engineering is Rs. 55 LPA. Furthermore, the average package offered for BTech placements 2024 in CSE, ECE, Electrical, Chemical, and Civil departments stands at Rs. 14.61 LPA, Rs. 12.29 LPA, Rs. 10.09 LPA, Rs. 9.8 LPA, and Rs. 8.9 LPA, respectively. TG ECET Second Phase Seat Allotment 2025: The Department of Technical Education, Telangana, will be releasing TG ECET Second Phase Seat Allotment 2025 on or before July 18, through the official website. Following the previous round's pattern, the seat allotment is expected to be released by 2 PM. However, in case of delay, it should be released anytime before 6 PM on the official website. Allotted candidates will have to self-report online and pay the requisite tuition fees online, and report to the allotted institute to complete the admission process within the given period.

JoSAA Round 6 Cutoff 2025 Released: The JoSAA round 6 cutoff for the IITs, NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs has been released on July 17, on the official website. The candidates can find out the college-wise and academic program-wise JoSAA round 6 cutoff rank in the opening and closing ranks. The cutoff includes details like the academic programs offered by the institute, the quota under which seats are filled (Home State or other state), along with the gender and category of the candidates. For better understanding, the candidates are advised to download the PDF and review it carefully.  

MHT CET Provisional Merit List 2025: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell will be releasing MHT CET Provisional Merit List 2025 on July 18, through the official website, fe2025.mahacet.org. The merit list will include the list of candidates who are eligible to participate in the counselling process and declare state ranks. Candidates included on the merit list will have to fill out their web options for the seat allotment process. Candidates will also have the opportunity to raise objections to the provisional merit list. Candidates should note that the merit list is expected to be declared by 5 PM or even later through the official website. Since an official release time has not been mentioned, candidates may only refer to the expected release time based on the previous year's trend. 

MHT CET B.Tech Merit List 2025: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell will release the provisional merit list for MHT CET B.Tech on July 18, 2025. Candidates will be able to access the merit list on the official website, fe2025.mahacet.org. The merit list, which will be in PDF format, will include the names of candidates who have successfully registered for the counselling process and will apply to both Maharashtra state and All India candidates.
