NMIMS Mumbai BBA in Marketing & Finance - Fees, Eligibility, Seats and Admission 2024

Overall: I graduated with a BBA degree from NMIMS Mumbai in 2019. I had a mixed experience. The college has excellent facilities but importance is given to theoretical knowledge rather than a mixture of theoretical and practical. NMIMS Mumbai placement cell provides summer internships to students but lacks in offering placement opportunities.

Placement: There is a placement cell at the college that invites companies to hire NMIMS Mumbai students. Although, there are minimal placement opportunities for BBA students. NMIMS Mumbai placement cell needs to provide proper training to BBA students to help them in getting placed at the placement drive.

Infrastructure: Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies has ample facilities at the campus. The facilities and modern infrastructure helps in the overall development of students. The college has a well stocked library, smart classrooms, auditorium, sports ground etc.

Faculty: The BBA faculty at the college is well experienced. They have good knowledge of their subject but their knowledge is limited to classrooms only. The faculty does not have industrial experience.

Hostel: NMIMS Mumbai has separate hostels for girls and boys. The hostel rooms are spacious and each hostel has a mess. Furthermore, hostels also have indoor sports facilities, reading rooms etc. To solve students' queries, wardens are there at every hostel.

Overall: Doing BBA from NMIMS Mumbai was one of the best decisions of my life. I completed my graduation in 2019. NMIMS Mumbai offers the best learning environment for students. The meritorious students are offered yearly scholarships every year. The course curriculum is designed as per the industry standards. NMIMS Mumbai campus has modern facilities and infrastructure.

Placement: Companies from diverse industries around the world visit for NMIMS Mumbai placements. The assistance and support provided by NMIMS Mumbai placement cell was one of the biggest advantages of doing BBA from the college. More than 100+ recruiters every year participate in NMIMS Mumbai placements and hire students.

Infrastructure: The lush green campus of NMIMS Mumbai provides a refreshing environment for students. The college campus is neat, clean and properly maintained. For the convenience of students, NMIMS Mumbai campus has a well stocked library, department based laboratories, canteen, auditorium etc.

Faculty: The professors at the campus treat all students equally. Majority of the professors have a good experience of teaching and are skilled. On the other hand, some professors are less skilled but they are very cooperative and friendly.

Hostel: Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies campus has both boys and girls hostels. The hostel fee is affordable compared to other residential colleges in Mumbai.

Overall: I am currently enrolled in the BBA course. NMIMS Mumbai is one of the best colleges of BBA in Mumbai. The seniors are so helpful and provide guidance. One of the biggest advantages of doing BBA from NMIMS Mumbai is that the college has experienced faculty and the course curriculum is as per the industry demand and standard. The college focuses on theoretical and practical knowledge. Industrial visits, workshops etc. are conducted at regular intervals.

Placement: The placement cell at the campus assists us in every step. It ensures maximum job opportunities are provided to students. To train students, NMIMS Mumbai placement cell conducts mock interviews, seminars, group discussions etc. Every year NMIMS Mumbai students are placed in Goldman Sachs, ICICI Bank, Barclays, Wipro etc. companies.

Infrastructure: The campus of NMIMS Mumbai is well equipped with modern infrastructure and facilities. Smart classrooms at the campus result in better learning. For the convenience of students, the institute campus has wifi, computer labs etc. NMIMS Mumbai canteen serves delicious and fresh food to students.

Faculty: The faculty of the college holds years of experience. The professors are always there for students. They put in extra effort to solve students' queries. However, some professors' assistance is limited to classrooms only. The institute has a blend of experienced and new faculty members.

Hostel: Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies Mumbai has individual boys and girls. The mess present inside hostel premises serves delicious food every day. The menu of the mess is dynamic and provides students with varieties. For the safety of students, security personal are present 24*7 inside the hostel. The hostel rooms are well ventilated but cannot accommodate more than a single student.

Overall: I am a third year student of NMIMS Mumbai B.Sc Finance programme. Right from the beginning, the college makes sure students are prepared to do excellent in their professional career. NMIMS Mumbai curriculum is updated as per the industry standards and needs. Further, the placement cell assists students in landing a job at their dream company.

Placement: NMIMS Mumbai placement cell handles placement activities at the campus. In the year 2022, B.Sc Finance students were offered average and highest packages of Rs 7.35 LPA and Rs 16 LPA, respectively. Summer internships are offered to students to help them gain professional experience. Further, to make sure students get a perfect job as per skills and interest, career counselling is provided by NMIMS Mumbai placement cell.

Infrastructure: The campus of Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies is huge and lush green. The institute has a well stocked library, individual hostels, canteen, auditorium, laboratories, computer labs etc. All classrooms at the campus have smart projectors that aid in learning and also makes teaching interesting.

Faculty: The college has both newly recruited and experienced faculty. Students have the library to reach out to professors for any curriculum quarry or to get professional advice from them.

Hostel: I reside in college proximity so have little idea about NMIMS Mumbai hostels. The college has boys hostels and girls hostels. The hostels are managed by wardens who ensure students do not face any inconvenience.

Overall: The college has consistently ranked among the top management institutions. It has garnered a reputation for academic excellence, industry relevance, and strong connections with the corporate world.

Placement: Almost 60-70% students got placement in the companies. There are many companies that visit the companies for the placement. The highest salary offered is 20 LPA.

Infrastructure: The campus is equipped with state-of-the-art classrooms, seminar halls, laboratories, libraries, and other facilities to support academic and extracurricular activities.

Faculty: The faculty members are highly qualified, possessing advanced degrees and relevant industry experience. They are dedicated to delivering quality education, fostering critical thinking, and nurturing the talents of students.

Hostel: The hostels are well-maintained and equipped with essential amenities such as furnished rooms, Wi-Fi connectivity, mess facilities, common areas and recreation facilities.

Overall: Studying in NMIMS has been a journey full of roller coaster rides with lots of ups and down throughout the course but it gives you a lot of experience and knowledge m.

Placement: Talking about the placements, they offers the student wide range of placements in reputated companies and this also depends on the skills and ability of the students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is nothing less than a 5 star hotel. One of the best colleges in muumbai which gives you a luxury experience in the college

Faculty: There are a lot of good faculties in the college who have a very high experience in their respective fields and which you can see in their methods of teaching.

Hostel: I haven’t been in the hostel of nmims but my friends who have been staying in the hostel of NMIMS feels that they could have provided a little more facilities in the hostel.

Overall: Based on my overall experience in the college I would recommend it to every student who is pursuing higher studies. This college provide during the best facilities and prepare use before all the challenges that you have to face in academic as your as professional life. This college is the true companion in your academic journey

Placement: The placement rate of the college is very nice. They you have a tie up with two many continues to come at the times of placement and offer job with decent amount of pay and additional benifits every student gets more than the best job according to his capabilities and performance

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very impressive. There is a well maintained library with a lot of books from various fields. A well space cafeteria with a good seating capacity is there. Celebrities are well with the latest machinery and take provide us a hand on experience on them. The classrooms are big and eqipped with the latest technology

Faculty: The faculty of the college are very knowledgeable and experience and they are always ready to share their experience with us. They are always available in the college matches at the times of exams and placement to clear all our doubts

Hostel: The hostel accommodation of the college is very good, the rooms are big and are provided with all the basic amenities of a student like study tables bed chairs and adequate stirage spaces. The mess food is hygienic and healthy. Overall environment of the hostel is safe and secure.
