NMIMS Mumbai B.Pharm : Fees, Courses, Eligibility, Placement & Admission 2024

Overall: I completed B.Pharm degree from NMIMS Mumbai in 2022. I had mixed experiences at college. The institute provides both theoretical and practical knowledge to students. The admission process is simple and hassle free. But the programme is very high as compared to other colleges in Mumbai.

Placement: Usually, the institute placement is good. But in case of B.Pharm placement, the college needs to improve a lot. During my four years, the placement cell provided only one summer internship. The campus placements are also not up to the mark.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities at the campus are modern and upgraded. The huge lush green campus of NMIMS Mumbai has facilities for academic and extracurricular activities. The institute has a well stocked library, playgrounds, canteen, laboratories, auditoriums etc.

Faculty: When it comes to B.Pharm at NMIMS Mumbai, the faculty is less experienced. Many professors have limited industrial and teaching experience. However, there are a few senior faculty who will guide you and provide best guidance to students.

Hostel: Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies Mumbai hostels are spacious and equipped with modern facilities for students. The hostel is high, however by looking at the hostel conditions and facilities, the fee is reasonable.

Overall: My decision to enrol in the B.Pharm programme at NMIMS Mumbai was one of the best ones I've ever made. I'm currently in my second year, and seniors and faculty have assisted me at every turn. The college offers a huge selection of societies and clubs to make sure that students have fun while they are on campus. The placement cell extends an invitation to both domestic and foreign businesses to take part in the recruitment drive for job opportunities.

Placement: The placement cell assisted us in locating a summer internship after our first year was complete. Workshops, seminars, guest lectures, mock interviews, etc. are held to prepare students for NMIMS Mumbai placements.

Infrastructure: The NMIMS Mumbai campus is very attractive and furnished with all modern comforts to provide students with a relaxing environment. A well-stocked library and spacious reading room at the institute make it simple to obtain all management books or academic papers.

Faculty: The institute's faculty is made up of both newly hired academics and seasoned experts. Our professors make sure that the students comprehend each concept. Faculty members share their professional experiences with students in addition to their academic knowledge to better prepare them for the future.

Hostel: NMIMS provides well-equipped hostel rooms for both male and female students. The students' breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in the mess in the dorms. The menu at the mess is regularly updated. The hostel rooms are spacious but also well-ventilated.

Overall: Spending four years in NMIMS Mumbai was one of the best days of my life. I graduated with a B.Pharma from NMIMS Mumbai in 2014. The college faculty is excellent and with their guidance, I am having a successful career in the field of pharmacy. The institute emphasises on the overall development for students and provides numerous placement opportunities.

Placement: Placement was one of the key factors why I chose NMIMS Mumbai. The placement cell of the institute trains you and makes sure you are ready to face the challenges of the professional world. I got campus placement in a renowned company with a handsome package.

Infrastructure: Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies infrastructure is modern and upgraded as per the latest standard. The college campus is clean and full of trees. Basic facilities such as smart classrooms, air conditioned auditorium, cafeteria etc. are present at NMIMS Mumbai campus.

Faculty: The School of Pharmacy faculty was excellent. There are professors who would go the extra mile to help the students. While there are some who maintain relationships until the boundaries of classrooms.

Hostel: For the entire duration of my programme, I stayed in NMIMS Mumbai hostel. The only drawback was the hostel fee was high as compared to other pharmacy colleges in Mumbai.

Overall: I am currently in the final year of the B.Pharma programme at NMIMS Mumbai. Choosing NMIMS Mumbai over other colleges has proven to be a fruitful decision for me. Along with orthodox theoretical knowledge, NMIMS Mumbai provides practical knowledge to ensure students get real time exposure to things

Placement: NMIMS Mumbai placement cell ensures students are provided maximum summer internships and placements every year. For final year students, the placement cell conducts career counselling sessions. The average package offered during NMIMS Mumbai placement is best in the industry. Some of the top recruiters of the college are Dell, TCS, Infosys, Asian Paints, MAX Healthcare etc.

Infrastructure: The college building is newly built and equipped with modern facilities. The college has a canteen, central library with spacious reading room, smart classrooms, auditorium etc. For practical knowledge, laboratories are also there at NMIMS Mumbai campus. The facilities make sure students do not face any inconvenience.

Faculty: Both teaching and non-teaching staff are cooperative and helpful. The faculty ensures students are ready to face the challenges of the professional world. The course curriculum is designed to develop industrial leaders in their respective fields. All faculty members are highly qualified.

Hostel: The college has individual boys and girls hostels. Every year NMIMS Mumbai hostels are allotted to a handful of students. Students who do not want to reside in a hostel can go for PG or rented flats in societies located nearby the campus.

Overall: I pursued B.Pharm programme at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in the year 2021. I selected this course since the pharmaceutical sector in itself is quite competitive. And NMIMS has provided me with all the essential information required in pharmaceuticals. Apart from offering only curriculum-related information, NMIMS also conducts workshops and training to improve the practical skills necessary for a B.Pharm degree. Students interested in B.Pharm might consider NMIMS Mumbai, which provides a top-notch education as well as good placement opportunities, cutting-edge facilities, and career opportunities.

Placement: The NMIMS Mumbai provides placement to every student. NMIMS Mumbai placement is excellent. Students are well-prepared for group discussions and interviews. The coordinator of NMIMS is also supportive. Students of our batch were offered roles, such as sales management, quality assurance, project management, business analyst, clinical research, R&D, marketing management, etc. The placement cell ensures that every student finds employment. The top companies that visited the NMIMS Mumbai include Sun Pharma, Optimus, Intas, Medtrix, etc.

Infrastructure: The NMIMS campus provides a learning environment with world-class amenities and facilities. Other facilities include a central instrument laboratory, canteen, has installed a state-of-the-art Liquid Chromatography, pilot plant, a mess, a library, medical facilities, herbal garden, and hostel.

Faculty: The faculty of B.Pharma at NMIMS has always been supportive. We had teachers who have done PhDs, MBA from prestigious universities and have certifications in their fields. The faculty shows their level of excellence.

Hostel: For hostel, candidates have to fill an hostel application form. For its students, NMIMS offers both AC- and non-AC-equipped hostels. The NMIMS hostel in Mumbai offers standard amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. NMIMS Mumbai provides residential apartments for both boys and girls in addition to the hostel.
