NMIMS Mumbai M.Pharm-Industrial Pharmacy - Fees, Eligibility, Seats and Admission 2024

Overall: I am in my first year of M.Pharma in Industrial Pharmacy at NMIMS Mumbai. I am originally from Ahmedabad so im currently living at a PG nearby the institute. NMIMS also has hostels but they are a little overpriced in my opinion. The college is nice and situated in a very good area in central mumbai. The teachers are supportive and have good teaching methods.

Placement: There is not much placement in the M.Pharma department as it is a small department and most of the students go for research or teaching after this course. There are good opportunities for others and the college organises placement drives so everyone gets job someplace or other.

Infrastructure: The institute has multiple buildings for conducting lectures, practicals and seminars. Since it is in central mumbai the campus is easily accessible by train or metro. NMIMS has a variety of student clubs that organise events within the college campus.

Faculty: The faculty is nice and well spoken, they will listen to you and try to help in every way possible. I have had a good experience with my teachers so far. Communication is the key we should not waste their time.

Hostel: There are hostels on campus for both girls and boys and the hostel fees range from Rs 2,35,000 to Rs 3,10,000. Depending on their courses and preferences, NMIMS Mumbai divides its students into various hostels on its Mumbai campus.

Overall: I have completed my M.Pharm+MBA programme from the NMIMS Mumbai campus. It is a one-of-its-kind programme available at NMIMS Mumbai that offers students dual degrees (M.Pharm+MBA) in three years. So, I was able to save one year this way.

Placement: Placements at NMIMS Mumbai are excellent beyond any doubt. In the year I completed my course (2021), the highest package received by M.Pharm+MBA students was Rs 13.02 lakh per annum. The average package was Rs 7.70 lakh per annum.

Infrastructure: SPPSPTM at NMIMS Mumbai is equipped with modern infrastructure and facilities. The list of its facilities includes air-conditioned smart classrooms, pharmacy laboratories, Central Instrumentation Laboratory, LC-MS/MS facilities, a pilot plant, a library, an animal facility, a herbal garden, and a cell culture laboratory.

Faculty: We have leant from both pharmacy and management faculties. I have never found any issues with our teachers. They were thoroughly helpful and always careful about delivering quality lectures in the classrooms.

Hostel: The NMIMS Mumbai campus has hostels for both boys and girls. Students can choose from AC or non-AC accommodations as per their preference. All the rooms come with shared occupation facilities. The hostel fee is around Rs 3,00,000 per annum.

Overall: I am currently studying in NMIMS Mumbai M.Pharma Industrial Pharmacy programme. This is my first year (second semester). Till now, I have not faced any problem in college. The faculty members are helpful and my seniors are also very cooperative. NMIMS Mumbai campus has modern facilities and infrastructure.

Placement: NMIMS Mumbai placement cell provides placement and summer internships opportunities to students. The college provides maximum placement opportunities to M.Pharma and other programme students. Some of the top recruiters of NMIMS Mumbai are ICICI Bank, DXC Technologies, Max Life Insurance etc.

Infrastructure: For the convenience of students, NMIMS Mumbai campus has smart classrooms, fully air conditioned, indoor and outdoor sports facilities etc. The facilities at the campus ensure students do not face any inconvenience and spend a comfortable time.

Faculty: The Department of Pharmacy at NMIMS Mumbai has experienced faculty members. For the growth of students, faculty members share their industrial experience with them. Students can reach faculty members to solve their queries at any time.

Hostel: NMIMS Mumbai hostels are well equipped with spacious rooms, reading rooms etc. The college has separate hostels for girls and boys. For the security of students, each hostel is managed by a warden.
