NMIMS Mumbai M.Sc - Physiotherapy - Fees, Eligibility, Seats and Admission 2024

Overall: NMIMS Mumbai offers a two years M.Sc Chemistry course in full-time mode. I am in the first year of NMIMS Mumbai M.Sc Chemistry programme. I had numerous options to choose from, but the reason I chose NMIMS Mumbai is because of its experienced faculty and friendly environment. The college also has an excellent placement record. For practical knowledge, the institute has department-based laboratories.

Placement: The college ensures maximum placement and summer internship opportunities are provided to students. For M.Sc students, industrial visits are conducted at regular intervals. The placement cell provides career counselling to students and helps them in choosing the right career path. NMIMS Mumbai prominent recruiters are Aditya Birla Group, Max Life Insurance, TATA Capital, Axis Bank etc.

Infrastructure: Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies campus is spread over an area of 13 acres (approx). The lush green campus has modern facilities such as smart classrooms, spacious and fully air conditioned auditorium, well equipped library, canteen, computer labs, department based laboratories etc.

Faculty: NMIMS Mumbai faculty make sure students syllabus is covered within stipulated time. To solve students' queries, extra classes are conducted by professors. The institute has both new recruited and experienced faculty.

Hostel: The college allot hostels to students on a first come first serve basis. NMIMS Mumbai hostels are well equipped with basic facilities like reading room, mess, common room etc.

Overall: NMIMS has a good biology department thats why im pursuing my M.Sc in Biological Sciences from here. The college is nice and the surrounding is also very developed. You will have a good time in this college and staying in the hostels here though it is a bit on the pricier side. I would suggest you do your research on everything, visit the campus before taking admissions here.

Placement: There is good placement opportunities at the NMIMS placement drives that are organised at the end of every academic year. Almost all students get very good jobs overall across all streams. Many students also go ahead to pursue PhD or get internship or research opportunities.

Infrastructure: The institute has beautiful buildings for students which contain their lecture halls, class rooms and seminar halls. The campus is located in mumbai and is easily accessible by train, road, metro or bus. NMIMS has good security and ensures safety of students on campus.

Faculty: The staff is good and the teachers are okay. They can be a little strict but that is only for students good. They are ready to help always, on and off college hours. The management also organises various events and competitions.

Hostel: The on campus hostels have a good reputation. They may be expensive but provide the students with all facilities requires. Being on campus has the benefit of time saved from mumbai traffic and travel.

Overall: I have enrolled to the M.Sc Applied Statistics and Analytics programme at NMIMS Mumbai in 2022. The admission process is rigorous and includes a written test and a personal interview round. The course fee is Rs 2,50,000 per year.

Placement: From what I have heard, the university provides excellent placement opportunities to the final-year M.Sc students. In 2022, the highest package for M.Sc Applied Statistics and Analytics was Rs 18.42 lakh per annum. Some of the mejor recruiters were Amazon, HDFC Bank, Deloitte, CareEdge, IDFC First Bank, Crisil, etc.

Infrastructure: The entire NMIMS Mumbai campus is wi-fi enabled, making accessing all kinds of study resources easier for the students. Moreover, our school has all required facilities for our academic needs.

Faculty: The core faculty members at Nilkamal School of Mathematics, Applied Statistics and Analytics are highly qualified. There are a total of 14 faculty members at our school. The school is quite strict about the attendance.

Hostel: Hostels at NMIMS Mumbai are available for both boys and girls. I reside at Anand Premises Boys Hostel. The rooms are shared and come with all basic amenities. We are charged Ts 3,00,000 as hostel fee for 10 months.

Overall: I pursued M.Sc in Chemistry course from NMIMS Mumbai. Candidates can definitely consider NMIMS for the M.Sc course. We were provided 6 months project work as a part of industrial training. During the course, we were also provided hands-on training on various analytical instruments. NMIMS Mumbai provided me with an opportunity to improve soft skills and scientific writing. The college also has a good placement and internship record for M.Sc batch.

Placement: NMIMS Mumbai mostly has 100% placements. However, sometimes it could only reach 90- 95%. The highest CTC offered during NMMS M.Sc placement in our batch was around Rs 10 lakh per annum, while the average was around 6 lakh. NMIMS top recruiters include IPCA, Lupin, BARC, Asian Paints and EY.

Infrastructure: NMIMS Mumbai has campuses in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. I studied at Mumbai campus which has state-of-the-art infrastructure. Our college has a robust infrastructure, including laboratories where students can perform experiments, a library, an auditorium, a canteen, and air-conditioned classrooms.

Faculty: The faculty is top-notch and extremely knowledgeable. Each student is prepared for a job interview. They are reachable and helpful. You can speak with them for advice on your career as well as any questions regarding the course curriculum.

Hostel: There are separate hostels for both girls and boys. Those who were unable to obtain a hostel room may relocate to one of the institution's four rented residence flats. Students who want more information about the college housing should come to campus and speak with the appropriate person.
