Overall Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya (GSV), formerly known as National Rail and Transportation Institute (NRTI), is India's first central university dedicated entirely to the transportation sector. Established under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, the university is located in the vibrant city of Vadodara, Gujarat. GSV has quickly emerged as a specialized institution that focuses on education, research, and innovation in transportation, infrastructure, and logistics.

Placement Although GSV is relatively new, it has made significant progress in terms of placements. Many students are recruited by Indian Railways, L&T, DP World, Adani Logistics, PwC, TCS, and consulting firms. The Career Development Cell (CDC) is actively building corporate connections, and entrepreneurship is also encouraged through incubation support. Graduates from GSV are well-prepared for careers in the transportation sector, data science, logistics, infrastructure planning, consulting, and public sector roles. Highest placement till now is 25 lakh per annum given by Airbus. And the top recruiters are Alstom, Hitachi, IBM, Nokia, Airbus, L&T, Ultratech,Adani groups, E-enfochip, and the various PSUs such as RVNL, ONGC etc

Infrastructure GSV is housed on the historic and green campus of the National Academy of Indian Railways (NAIR). Hostel The hostel facilities are comfortable, clean, and secure. Separate hostels for boys and girls are provided, with 24/7 security, laundry, and common rooms. The mess offers nutritious food with both North and South Indian options. Hygiene and discipline are maintained strictly.

Overall college is totally different from other college as comes under the indian railway. it's course curriculum is totally industry oriented which increase the chances of job.

Placement the placement is not so good because it is new college but in future it will definitly grow. the average placement is around 5lakh and highest is about 13 lakh and ece and civil branch has all student got the placement.

Infrastructure it is good in infrastructure and it is new college so most of part is currently under construction which will complete in year 2026. fully digital classroom available and have good garden with variety of birds, monkey.

Faculty all the teacher's are from iit's and nit's and have good teaching skills and their course is totally designed well for the students. they have good knowledge with industry experts. teachers are fully enjoyable , help student at every corner.

Hostel the hostel facilites are really good they provide good rooms with ac and bed all in good conditions. in each room 2 student can live and mess food is also good

Overall In this college every function is organized and There is funfull movement and campus is very good and college building is very good and hostle rooms are very good ac rooms are available

Placement Placement Experience being the new college and cosidering the recession the placements here are not good as of now but definately it will be good in upcoming years. as of m=now the average package is 5 lakhs and the minimum package can go as low as 2 lakhs per annum.

Infrastructure The campus is green and beautiful. there are peacocks in the campus. the overall academics is good. teachers are good and educated.Most of the teachers done phd from iit

Faculty Faculty teach us friendly in manner and college staff is very good and educated.Most of the teachers are cooperative and name of the teachers like Dr.Jyoti Sharma, dr .Shweta sharan,dr .Navneet and etc

Hostel hostel facilities here is the best thing you can experience in gati shakti vishwavidalaya. it is well equiped with all the facilities including ac sufficient lligts clean water etc. we are also provided with lifts and personal washroom attached in every room.
