The Office of Career Services, also known as the placement cell of JGU, Haryana, caters to the students' development throughout their academic stay and ensures fruitful results. The placement cell looks after the young learners' basic placement orientation via interviews, workshops, group discussions, industrial visits, and internships at the best of places in their respective fields. The Office of Career Services also arranges lectures professed by eminent personalities. These facilities build students' confidence and prepare them for the final placements. The Jindal Global University also facilitates many corporate events to engage the learners with their professional surroundings. 

The recruitment process involves internships undertaken by the students, followed by full-time employment offered by the visiting companies. The process takes place in respective cycles from December to January (Winter internship), from June to July (Summer Internship), and from January to June (6 months internship).
