Punjab B.Tech Admissions 2025 - Punjab B.Tech admissions 2025 have started by the IK Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, and the online centralized counselling schedule 2025 has also been released. The schedule is applicable for all the campuses & colleges of IKGPTU and MRSPTU. The counselling will be conducted in two rounds, and the IK Gujral Punjab Technical University will prepare a merit list on the basis of the JEE Main and grade 12 scores. The Punjab B.Tech round 2 seat allotment result has been published. You can download the seat allotment letters and report to the institutes to confirm admissions. Those who have participated in the round 1 counselling can also participate in the round 2 counselling. If the counselling fee is paid in the first round, you will not have to repay the fees again for round 2. The consent form will also be open for those who have confirmed their seat in the first round. There is no separate entrance exam conducted for B.Tech admissions in Punjab. JEE Main and Grade 12 scores are only considered for the admission process. Those who have a valid JEE Main rank 2025 can register for the 2025 counselling process conducted by the university.

Direct MBA admission without entrance exam in 2025 refers to securing admission in an MBA program through an alternative admission option other than the traditional method, that is, without appearing for national-level entrance exams like CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, or ATMA. Direct admission to MBA will be based on academic performance, work experience, or management quota seats. Your graduation marks play a pivotal role in this case. Direct MBA admission is a feasible option if you don’t want to appear for entrance exams like CAT/XAT/MAT or have obtained low scores in the entrance exams, but still want to pursue an MBA. If you possess a bachelor's degree in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks (5% relaxation for reserved categories), you are eligible for direct admission. The West Bengal Joint Entrance for Lateral Entry Test (WB JELET) 2025 result is expected to be declared by November 20, 2025. Students who appeared for the entrance examination, held on June 15, 2025, will soon be able to check WB JELET result 2025 on the official website at wbjeeb.nic.in/jelet/. Usually, it takes around 12-15 days from the date of releasing the OMR sheet. The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board will publish the WB JELET result 2025 PDF on the portal, and candidates will be able to check their scores and ranks using their login credentials. 

Vignan University VSAT 2026 Notification Released: The Vignan Foundation for Science, Technology & Research invites applications through VSAT 2026 for admissions in different undergraduate programmes like B.Tech, B.Pharma, B.Sc Agriculture, BBA, and so on. Vignan’s Scholastic Aptitude Test (VSAT) is a university-level entrance examination conducted by Vignan University for aspirants who wish to be admitted to various campuses named VSAT (Vignan’s Scholastic Aptitude Test) every year. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online from the official website. The deadline to apply for VSAT is February 25, 2026. The examination is likely to be held from March to April 2026, in various centres.
The merit list for the exam will be announced by NTA, and those who make it to the merit list may become eligible for a scholarship that will cover a part of their tuition fees based on their ranks. The university also informed that selection will be on the basis of VSAT score, counselling and seat allotment. This exam allows students another route to be admitted beyond national-level tests such as the JEE or state engineering exams.
