RIT Central Library is total built up 36356.22 Sq.Ft. Ground plus three storey air conditioned and Wi-Fi enabled building.

One of the major concerns of parents about their wards is the facilities of stay and food. RIT promises parental care to boys and girl students residing in the hostel. 

The boys hostel accommodates 659 boy and 477 girl students can be accommodated in the ladies hostel. Six messes ensure quality food and Aquaguard system is installed for drinking water. Hot water through solar system is provided at every floor. Uninterrupted power supply is provided with the help of generators.

Stringent security and discipline norms are induced to avoid any ill elements to enter the campus.. 24 Hours 100 Mbps Internet access to all. Ladies hostel offers some special facilities like cooking gas and electric geezers. Hostel Staff staying in each hostel building helps to maintain study atmosphere in the hostel campus. Dispensary in the campus takes care of preliminary free medical treatment. An ambulance is always ready to meet any medical emergency. 24 hrs canteen facilities (Tea & Snacks) during examination period Modern Gym facility within the campus. Tea/Coffee vending machine has been installed in hostel campus for the use of boys and girls students. Provided TVs in all the messes and daily News papers for updating their knowledge

• The students of music cell were actively participated Sugam Gayan event & Samuha Geet event respectively under Shivaji University Youth Festival 2016-17 (District Level Competition). The music cell team was got 2^nd rank in Samuha Geet event & selected for university level youth festival.
• The students of music cell were got 2^nd rank in sangeet bhajan competition organized by Samaj Probhodhan Mandal , Bahe (Dist. Sangli).

• Shubham  S. Yadav student from TY (Mech) had won the fifth prize in ‘Click for change’photography competition on  2^nd , 2016 held by NSS IIT Bombay.

We have NSS Unit established in the year 2009 of 100 students in the institute.

We promote students and staff to participate in various activities conducted by NSS unit by displaying notice as well calling meetings.

All students and faculty participate in various social activities arrange by NSS. e.g. Blood Donation & Health Checkup camp, Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan and various social & National activities as per the directions receive from UGC & University.
